Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
